Pumpkin is a product recognized mainly for its antioxidant properties, its anti-inflammatory power and its anticancer effect, all thanks to its high content of vitamins A, B, C and E, and its content of minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, calcium and magnesium. And, as if that were not enough, it is low in calories.

Our pumpkin production, all of Spanish origin, extends from mid-September to May.
